Got bored this afternoon about 3pm. As it was getting a bit dim outside stuff was out ... so had to find something inside to do

Found my track designer program and designed this for my son's bedroom :-




I then got some scalextrix track out and built it in about 30 mins and when my son got home we got some serious racing done :-









Did a quick video (the light looks naff but its the type of bulbs!)

I have got some silcone tyres and a 25,000 rpm motor on order as I want to beat my sons favourite car, a 2007 Renualt F1 car - its in bits at the moment awaiting new silicone wire for the contacts. I normally run around in a 2006 McLaren F1 .

We are currently slumming it with A1 British and French cars until the parts come!

Its classic track as I don't have any of the sport or digital stuff yet.

I have about 400 yards of classic track in the loft - the 4 lane circuit I did was about 6m x 5m figure of eight :-



It would be nice to have somewhere to have the space for a big long straight - maybe Sarah Beeny might rent me a room a Rise Hall seeing as its about 1/2 a mile up the road !

And the lego table aint the start of it guys, Joff has shown me his son's room/lego collection, and it beats my current/old lego collection hands down
