If only it was that easy....... Creating the rounded corners so the glass looks stock is a lot harder than you may think! On the whole they are a nightmare to make well hence the reason Dave wont do anymore. The hours I put into the last set was ridiculous. However they did look fantastic on both of my previous novas and Ive never seen a set quite as short yet.Originally Posted by mowgli

This is interesting seeing the different ways some of you are doing these, how did you get round doing your glass after doing the body's that way Austin?

i probably didn't do a very good job of explaining it.. buy some flat car grade mirror glass, and make up a template, then take it to the local glass cutter....
basildon glass will cut them if you send than a template.
The glass was cut on the edge nearest to the door. So it kept the same height on the outermost side.. Need to get some more cut actually as one is slightly chipped.
