porsche alloys to vauxhall fitment adaptors

i need find some adaptors vauxhall fitment for porsche alloys, all the ones that keep popping up are vw, are these similar fitment?? ive not got a clue

Ebay also sell all the different variant sizes that are needed for vauxhall 4 stud fitment it is 4x100 to 5x130 and the set I bought were 150 for all 4 adaptors, hope this helps

If its for a Nova surely 4x100 to 5x130 is whats needed to fit Porsche wheels.
