Luminition Air/fuel meter is narrowband IIRC so about as much use as a chocolate fireguard for monitoring fuelling.

Your best bet is to just buy a wideband kit. (approx £150 for an aem item) they are easily fitted and will give you piece of mind for as long as you own the car.

I'll echo other comments on your views, you say this for each and every expensive Nova that comes for sale. You like Nova's? Yet your builds were never completed in the main, you had some nice bits at times, but never out the money where the mouth is, it's always the same story with a lot of people. I don't think I could pay 7k either, but it wouldn't be because of what else I could get, it'd be because you're always buying someone elses car.

Cosworth money? What a ****ty ugly Sierra Sapphire? They're as badly built IMO as Nova's and Nova's are more eye catching IMO too.

Womble - great buy, always fancied doing a rep of this with an XE for a basher...one day!

No "S" thank you please Ive only ever owned 5 Nova's. Out of those 5, only 2 were project threads on here. Out of those 2, only 1 was broken for parts

What do you mean by this> but never out the money where the mouth is ?

£8k is rought Escort Cosworth money, TOP END Sierra Cosworth money. Average Focus RS money.

Are you another person who cant deal with realist's aswell? Or am I the only person on here who'll happily speak there mind, iterate what others are thinking & say it. I would never ever in a million fcuking years pay £7750 for a Nova. Thats my opinion, deal with it.

Fcuk, lets look at the bigger picture, £8k is a deposit on a house? A 3 week stay 5 star in Sydney for 2, enough travel the world for 12 months, enough for 350hp turbocharged jet ski & still have change to buy a landy 90 & trailer to pull it!!
