    XE Nova's are that slow they are one of the top two conversions in a Nova .

    Ahh, but this is only because the Nova has a small block as standard.

    Which means its slower than an asthmatic ant with some heavy shopping

    I've got a 2ltr bmw e46 150 bhp petrol and it has absolutely no chance against our xe Nova. I will challenge said person to a race round castle combe in their diesel if they want. Lighter car will handle better too, and no stupid turbo lag. Not to mention having an engine that doesn't run out of puff at 3500rpm.....

    ok this is starting to put the smile back on my face. looking forward to getting the xe put in tomorow then ill go see what deisel golfs beat me

    Don't worry mate... I promise you will be a happy boy once you push the loud pedal for the first few times. Providing your engine is a fit one of course.
