Default Fully Comp - Can i drive anything ?

Its about an extra £500 to get my insurance fully comp, 19, good postcode no ncb and In10. Few people have told me one thing and others have said the next.. can anyone on here help.. wondering if with fully comp insurance i can drive any car ? do i just add them to the policy at no extra cost, or will it cost more etc, or do i just need to be a named driver.. thanks

Depends on the insurance company, at your age i doubt it.

Normally your only 3rd party on the other car, and that car has to be insured by the owner.

Do you think its a bit of a long shot then ? Iv seen a 5 gt turbo i like and was thinking of insuring it alongside a fully comp 1200 nova. think it might be a bit too much hassle

You can't use it to drive another of your own cars, it has to be registered by someone else and also insured by that person as well.

That wouldnt work unless somebody else owned the r5 aswell as being insured on it.

Its ment to be so you cant do that, and its why people under 21/25 struggle to get it.

    Too slow
