Insurance for young banned drivers?

You need to be 23 for motor trade,and you wont insure an XE after a ban and apparently you need 2 years ncb to insure with sky ?

what about getting a ped or small bike, and riding that for a few years, to grow older and wiser?

I dont do joing wires or sockets.

I do paper machines and recycled fibre plants.
