Would an african c20let astra engine be cheaper or more expensive?

have 2 cars and insure the nova on a classic policy dosent use your ncd, mine was £300 this year fully comp £75xs agreed value of 3.5k on a limited milage of 5k. have to have 2 cars to do it though
