!!Help Needed!! Fitting Thermastat??

i havent a clue how to fit my thermastat? just wondering if anybody can help with some kind of guide or anything?
the engine in my nova is a cavalier 2.0 8V C20SEH
any help would be great

Remove water pipe.
Un bolt the 3 10mm bolts,(iirc)
Open up.
Pull out old stat.
Clean housing.
Using cardboard tubing thing fit new stat.
Fit new gasket and rebolt up.
Refit pipe.
Run up and top up water as needed.
Enjoy the heat.
Rep me.
