Default been hit by another car

ok story is i rent out my taxi to a day shift driver and i drive it nights.
on friday a woman changed lanes with my car in her blind spot= bang. her corsa was badly damaged mine was not to bad but she managed to dent my front and rear wheel arches destroy my mirror and basicly scratch my car from front bumper to rear bumper.
so i take the car into a bodyshop i use he says about 1000 ish the whole side needs repaired and painted and i need a new mirror asy so i left it there as being a taxi i should not be using it.
basicly i want to know if i can claim for loss of earnings for me and the other driver. oh and she took the blame of the accident so im just dealing with her insurance mine is not involved

You should be able to. Check with your insurance company as they will be dealing with your aspects of the claim.

strange that not having both insurance companies dealing with each other!

You should be entitled to loss of earnings although thats where you might need your Ins to help you out with the legal side of things, unless her insurance company are like no other and offer you all your entitlements straigh up?

Either way fella all thebest with it.
