How close is the loom to the pedal? I'm really liking that.

im not using the grommet, i made the hole elongated so i knew i could get the ecu plug through, then the rest is a squeeze through there. cant remember what size the hole is but i know the standard grommet needs a 60mm hole to fit. the only sensor off the top of my head that needs adding wire to is th amal valve, the coolant sensor is a stretch too.

just drill new holes further across and voila. just be carfull you dont move it too far as the top hose wont fit correct otherwise.

    update

had a list of things i wanted to get done sunday just gone but everyting seemed to want to go wrong. sorting out the niggles this week before i go back this weekend.

but, things i managed to get round to....

stripped my old tailgate down so i could wire up my boot popper and fit the rear screen.

only thing was the boot wasnt square so pulled down the rear of the headlining and messed about with that, once sorted i fitted my painted catch....

it didnt want to lock correctly, so this week i had to modify it slightly and with a test on it tonight it works, hooray. so the popper will get wired up this weekend.

i couldnt fit the rear screen as the rubber was rather dirty and has overspray on it. as all my cleaning kit was at home (12miles away) i had to leave the screen and take the rubber home.

whilst fiddling with them bits i rigged up a system of filling up the gearbox, i didnt want to go buy a funnel. .

bought some conduit to tidy up the engine loom, after getting it all on it looked so much neater and i started to like the bay again.

double checked it still ran as may have disturbed something, it still does so result. it does idle a little high though. something else to sort out.

moved onto the wipers, fortunately i had a pair of the smaller length wiper arms compared to what was fitted originally. there the same as whats on my red gte and ive got 19inch blades which also clear the lower part of the screen nicer.

still a work in progess, the nearside arm reacts slower than the offside.

put the rear bumper up ready to bolt up, i can only find one side bracket so i had to wait untill i went home and get another.

another problem, the exhaust. i new it was coming out at an angle which is what i dont want so ive got to go back and get that modded.

have also been fettling the front bumper for the intercooler, having to cut a bit at work then take it and try it is getting annoying but needs must.....here we have it up to sundays attempt.

i have now cut some more off and its so close to fitting.

    thanks for looking

    Looking good fella.

Where the loom comes out looks a tad tight but seems to work. Much better than running it next to/over the battery.
