x16xe key chip and transponder

hi i recently bought an x16xe with key chip and transponder and ecu, etc. but how do i wire it into my nova ? also looks like i should have a plug for the transponder.

should i go to the breakers and get the plug and hard wire the plug into the car/loom?

please help.

Transponder goes around your ignition barrel, and yes, it should plug into your loom somewhere. The chips are for the key fobs. This is if it is th smae set up as on my X18XE1 Vectra, as i did and ECU swap along with these bits recently.

if you want the plug for the transponder then pm my your address as i have a corsa that im brakin it will have the plug you need

Just wire the transponder in the steering cowel and stick the chip to the transponder - all the transponder does is amplify the signal from the chip.....which sends the signal to the ECU...

so it should be on the loom somewhere?

iv looked but cant find it.
should just plug in ?

Your have to get the plug from a car and wire it all in to the wires on the x16 loom, but search, ive posted about this before and adam helped iirc
