The Silver Escos in the back ground of some of your pics is what I was reffering to.
Whats the engine spec anyway? 200 block on greens or something simple like that? None of this RS500 WRC inlet melarky or is uber power the ultimate goal?
well i really didnt want to cut the front of but i bit the bullet and cut it of as it was in the way but i still have the part complet so will just go back on wen i have the front in possition so will be able to line that all up again hopefully.Originally Posted by cossie55
and the front has still got to go back quite a bit nothing is fixed yet still lineing everything up into a rough possition b4 i start to fix it in i am following colins quite closely
um its a 200 block big valve head, cat cams, standard inlet and outlet will run on after market management, compresion ratio has been changed to give less lag um thats about ll i know really but hopeing for 400+ with a small amount of bosstOriginally Posted by Mike
You said earlier you were going for 450 bhp. you really will struggle to get that with a standard port head and standard inlet setup tbhOriginally Posted by trossnova
Can i ask one thing, why not just mount an xe to run the rears like austin did, surey be a lot easier...?
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one PepsiFar from suicidalStill I get them tendenciesBringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce
well im only going by wat i was told by the guy who built it, i was told you could run up to 500 on a standard 4x4 inlet?? may b completly wrongOriginally Posted by C7LJN
i know Austin and his car really well as he lives round the corner from me tbh i thing his car was allot more work involved than what im doing and i think if i was just going to run rear wheel drive id still build it the same way im doing it now as rather than space frameing the front end.Originally Posted by Benn
the main reason i have chosen a cossie 4x4 set up is i want big power and 4wd to get the power to the ground and feel if you ran silly power threw the rear im not sure you would get it to go in a strait line, at the end of the day i still have the option to change it to rear wheel drive if i get bored
few update pics and the engine as requested
