Yeah after it's first layer of filler it doesn't look too bad.

I've just rotated the servo 90 degrees so the reservoir is facing a different way and it will just fit in the rearmost 'groove' of the bonnet strengthening, is this what you mean?
The flare looks quite cool.
I never realised how long the corsa brake pedal is,Lol. Are you stregthening the bulkhead? as that flexes like hell

Yeah just a trial fit at the moment, will weld in the Corsa spreader plate (like Simps above), reweld along the firewall join and brace the back of the pedal so you don't transfer as much pressure in to the battery tray to induce flexing.
