I must work really slow, as I've only managed to get my splash guards sorted today.

    Fruity template made:

    On to old bonnet:

    Cut out:

Stubby splash guard cleaned to bare metal:

Tacking on with new wing in place to get a good fit:

Crap welding, couldn't get a good flow, but it's on and not moving:

    Stitched on at back:

    Finished articles:

Also cleaned up drivers side arch. Given them both lots of rust killer and will etch prime them later:

Don't worry I'll wrap mine around a tree too; I'm getting used to 1.1 Fiesta power.

Front arches came up well. No doubt the rust will come back through again a month after I've had it on the road.

Rang Beevers auto panels in the week to order my rear quarters. Made it quite clear I was going to pick them up to avoid damage (as recommended by Paul off here), thought that was that and then they arrived in the post

    One is good:

    The other is damaged:

So will be ringing them on Monday and asking for a replacement... Collected, if they know what that means.
