Apologies but no, we have no facility to do either at the moment.

Humm, got the Astra's renewal through, £90 more then last year!
Spoke to one of your guys this morning he's drooped it so it's now only £10 more then last year, though I'm getting online quotes i need to follow up, as i might save another £90 on your original quote.
What i don't understand is, if a simple call can drop it by £80 where was that money going to if you can cut it off just like that??

No wonder they called that online site confused.com!

    Hi,

as a broker we can only go back to our underwriters and ask them to adjust prices if a more competitive quotation comes to light, we search our own panel at renewal stage but it is a cut throat industry and other insurers will undercut our renewal rates, we have the price match service (where possible) to retain customers. It is always worth talking to our renewals team to see if there are any change of circumstances which can lower the price.

Feel free to PM me if you neerd assistance.

    Thanks

We'd only really advise this if the car has a low value, the reason being that even the slightest bit of damage would result in the car being written off, you'll be paying a higher premium as well as having to pay an excess in the event of a fault claim, fair enough it's your decision but this is our advice.

With regards to your mother's claim, please PM me the details and I will look into it straight away.

    Thanks
