    Default brake light problem. help please

    i noticed none of my brakelights were working so i changed the bulbs
    but still not working. anyone got any idea what it could be ?

    Have you tried other lights in the same cluster (indicators etc)

    Just saying cause I had mine out other day and didnt push the plug far on enough, silly boy.

    maybe a fuse ? or corrosion on the fuse holder terminals ?
    maybe both bulbs have popped

    if youve got a volt tester/light tester, u can check to see if currents going thru the fuse holder and also going down the wire to the bulb holder, if u dont have one, u could always pull the rear boot light out temporarily, and rig a long bit of wire to each terminal on the light, to make yourself one, can be done with speaker wire or whatever as a temporary thing.

    check the brakelight switch if all else seems fine

    sorted all it was, was a fuse
