    Default Cobra Alarm Querie

Right, one of my XE Cavs has one fitted and i have no idea how to arm/disarm it, and for some reason the car wont start and I'm betting the problem is laying with the alarm.

I may need to remove it completely, is this difficult to do? If this is a thread that isnt for public or potential thieves eyes, feel free to PM me.

You have the keyfob with it? Do you have the little flashing LED and panic button mounted on the dash somewhere?

I have the fob yeah, 1 button bigger than the other. The Flashing LED is on the dash, is it a button?

The big button on the fob should enable/disable the alarm. I'm guessing you've tried that though.

The flashing LED has a button next to it (if it's the same as my Cobra one anyway) which you can enter the 4 digit pin to arm/disarm the alarm without using the fob. That should have been set when the alarm was installed.
