now ive put the car together it dosnt work but i cant remember if it did before???

I think they should to be honest, But its a nova and the little contol box has prob died as per usual :D

Yep, SR's had C/L.

Standard stuff is pretty poor though, rarely see one that works properly!

One of my SRs did and one of them didn't, worked perfectly on the one with cl, better than my french runabout atm anyway

From about 87 (D reg) onwards they had C/L.

I find the damp stops them working. Just repeatedly lock & unlock the driver door about 90 times, that should awaken it.

Mine works spot on in summer time, but gets a bit dodgy in winter. Tends to only want to unlock one door etc.. Lol

is the 'brain' for the central locking one of the boxes bolted to the shelf under the dash????? the other one being the flasher relay?????

passenger side is CL, drivers side is dim-dip relay (I've never seen one of these actually work personally).

The factory fit CL on my SR never missed a beat, I must have had a good one.

I've never seen a relay on the drivers side.....
