Apparently its a Courtenay Shaft, the end snapped off. It is the Orange Nova with the black bonnet and alloys under the 16V section.

Well you get a decent set for about ?300 with manifold for 45's. I would personally go for 45 DCOE (most common), or 48's if your gonna tune it alot.
