I seen a guy do this before and you wanna make sure your arch is solid. There's a video floating about of a guy tooling with a bat and his hole arch falls off lol.
I've been driving my Astra for over 3 years on various stages and has never let me down. So if a let I'd better that's the best option to go for. Ill have a snoop about and see what's available and...
Suppose if I recouped half or so of that for my xe it'd be a good move. Will the standard let take similar power to the z20let on internals. I'm also only keeping my f20 box so don't want to be...
Only really looking to go a little more than standard power. It should be more than enough in a nova. I have a mk4 gsi Astra stage 3.5 as my daily and couldn't imagine close to that power in my nova....
Just looking at all my options. C20lets are getting rare and harder to find these days. It's the best most obvious option for me but when I have a really good strong xe already in there I don't mind...
Just a quick one. Can't seem to find any answers on line so here goes. Will a vxr Astra turbo physically fit to a c20xe head. I'm just toying around with options on turboing my nova. Not sure on c20...
Gte for me. I just prefer the mk1 look and front with the bigger head lamps and that. But like already stated it really is down to condition. I'm sure clean mk1s are almost none existant at this...
Surly some spares lying about.
There m12x1.5 studs and the pcd is 4x100
I've used meriva discs no probs. I think the 1.7 cdti ones fit. Make sure there 4 stud not sure of any meriva came 5 stud
That's a good guide. Have you got any kind if bias adjustment. It doesn't look to have any restrictor and is it also ok to use on a rear disc conversion.
Yep I've had both over the years. Had some 49 on an old sr aswell as 47.5 on another sr
Needing a pair of window seals with the metal trim on. Only the bottom ones as I already have the rest just missing those ones.
Some of the 3 spoke sr/gte wheels were 47.5. I had a set from a 1.3sr and that's what was stamped on them. Might even have one knocking about still. I've got compomotive mos on et49 and are a perfect...
Was a set on face book yesterday or day before for 150
There's a guy on face book selling big block shafts and hubs
Mine will prob be a Astra vxr to upgrade from my gsi at the minute not for another while tho. And for the family car changing from a vectra cdti to a 530d. Have had vectras for the last 7 years and...
Depends what you want and what wheels you've got
You need shorter xe shafts. And xe inner and outer cvs. Might not be so easy to come across the shafts tho. N
I've got some in my spot welder box. But there a ball ache to fit lol.
