so wot was the method used to cut out the arch repair panel and weld it back on any chance of a step by step plz :P

well iv just grinded my doors back and to my suprise there actually not to bad just sum small surface rust patches which have grinded back to good metal and under them is total solid... only problem...

hi all my doors are starting to rust here and there and im finding it hard to get new one so has anyone repaired there doors and if so wot did u do??? weld in plates or just bodyfiller??? and how...

this way sound brutal but its quick and works and dosnt damage anything if ur carefull well remove the hub remove disc if uv not done so then clamp in vise upside down and knock off the flange then...

no its off the actual car loom along with the horn wires if im right....

ok well first was ur old gearbox a 4 or 5 speed coz if it was a 4 u need to swap over the full gear linkage as in levera nd rod under the car... coz they are differant and as for the fan u might want...

well im going to give it a go ill move it down by 1 1/4 inches.. and use some washers for the rear mount then, cheers ppl oh how many washers?

yeah there interchangeable small block ones are all the same apart from sum have a breather outlet at the n/s... u are talkin about the cam cover and not the cam box coz a think thats wot...

when u put a 2.0 in i know u need to buy mounts to lower the o/s/f mount but can u just remove the spot welds and move it down the required distance has any one done this??? and i know the mount kits...

awrite well we have a few so far... maybe get a meetin organized so we can all meet up and have a look at each others cars in a couple of months or so when ma cars finished :wink:

i know me and ma mate garyglasgow are so who else is??? if theres a good few we,ll need to get a meetin aranged maybe crail or knockhill...

can u use avo coilovers and are they any good???

hi ppl need sum help just done a conversion from a 1.2 carb to 1.6 gsi all thats left to do it wire her up does anyone know or done this wot wires go where i am a mechanic but just being a lazy c**t...

no one said i was looking for performance tho... just imagine the sound of a v6 comin from a nova and not to mention they look the dogs danngles... tho iv heard they are very tuneable with some work..

make like wot??? mounts,shafts,exhaust...?????? a dont mind the expense so bring it on is wot i say
