Wont it push the air up towards the engine and push out through the vents recently cut in the bumper?

Thus more air flow over engine cooling it? Ie velocity of the air is more as it becomes...

I would just change the steering wheel position as it is most likely it hasn't been held quite straight.

A brown one is probably most valuable one rather than a grey one I would say.

Have you checked around where the bottom arms attach to the body for any damage?
