Please excuse me (again) for digging up an old post but to confirm my pic above (blue merit with red brace) is an SR style strutbrace which has been cut and rewelded so the kink was on the correct...

Quick shift can be achived by just drilling new holes in your existing linkage, so no need to buy a special one:
Drilling this hole makes the backwards and forwards motion quicker (less distance)...
Found this thread through locosters, so thought if post up here regarding the Loom (not sure if im teaching you to suck eggs) but if my memory serves me correctly the Nova Sri loom was a 1 peice...

I still have this kicking about, its an adapted OMP 'SR' style brace, rewelded to suit the SFI box.

Do a google image search for nova strutbrace and you will see the SR ones which arch back to the bulkhead, there are a few fitted to powercapped XEs.
(ps - powercaps/ecopipes could be considered...
If you're having a power cap then either 'should' clear, but i think the curved SR is the better fit - (im sure someone can confirm).
If you're retaining the SFi box then neither will fit.

Yes it did have the VXdash, but they were all sold seperately, I basicly broke the car into parts, the chap just bought the shell (and some interior), engine mounts and exhaust off me, then refitted...
Shell was ok, I had repaired rear arches and cill, but left it in primer as I could never be arsed with how it looked on the outside, hence the now 2tone paint. Engine bay was all stitch welded, cav...
