What was wrong with the old bends on the turbo, or shall I say angles? do you want better flow?

What grit paper did you go up to on the bumper benn, it looks very smooth.

Benn if they are original bushes it might be worth trying new ones before you do an machining, it could be just down to the fact the old ones are slightly worn.
