Flo flex bushes !!!
So I thought I would give them a try for this new rear beam seen as they are like 3 times cheaper that powerflex .how wrong was I the inside diameter between the 2 shoulders should be 48mm when the outside is flush with the tube pin . Orange bushes...
These are 55mm (7mm) of play do not fit what so ever I did try and inform flo flex of the problem and what they need to do to solve it and basically got a mouth full of how they have been making bushes for years and what would I know about bushes ..
The pictures against powerflex ones says it all . https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...d2ce607f23.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...7183a681e2.jpg

They are terrible pal and to be fair no wonder when the manager doesn't listen to feedback from people building these cars and simply states "will I have been selling bushes for 16 years so I know they fit on your car" .when I'm sending him pictures showing they blatantly don't fit
.I wasn't even arsed about wasting a daft 20 odd quid it was more the fact some young kid could have fit these to his nova not knowing .gone round the first corner and hit a tree because the beam had shifted .
Anyway lesson learned stick with proven brands

They were terrible years ago when I was building my Nova (10+ years ago??) so not surprised they haven't improved. Full of air bubbles etc.
I tend to find SuperPro bushes if possible, one piece rather than two so horrible to fit but superb quality.

I had looked at the superpro blue ones iain but that was my exact thought when I looked at them . They look an absolute cun7 so just went with the black powerflex
