In light of a recent seller being a pain and vanishing with peoples money, it has become apparent that many of you are sending money via Paypal as a gift to 'save' some money. While this is great in these times of being a bit strapped for cash, you have NO protection or comeback as a buyer!!!!! Should the seller turn out to be a bad apple and vanish with the money you cannot get it back, whereas if you paid the fees (lets call it insurance) then you stand a damn fine chance of getting it back.

Same goes for bank transfers too, you have no comeback on those.

So while it is buyer beware and all that, we need to be a little sensible when it comes to sending money around. If you are in any form of doubt, just pay the fees for some extra protection. Even with long standing members of this site (remember LET_NOVA did something naughty and he was a paid up trader here!!!)
