Mr taxman sent me a nice rebate so I thought Id buy a new wagon. Ive got up to 1200 quid to play with.
Choices are, in order:
Nissan Silvia S12 (something fun - I'd try to find a low milage one)
Cavalier (redtop)
Calibra (redtop)
Anyone had much experinece with the above, I've only really owned novas and I want something else for a change (thought id never say that - I guess Im getting old). I dont want something boring or chavvy (RS Turbo etc)

I wasnt asking what your opinion on them was (well I was but was hoping for a more mature response) or what sexuality the cars were - more what you know about them, what to look for when buying etc
For that money you could get a Senator or Carlton :D

Don't like R5 GTT too chavvy/french/unreliable. Im very piccy about the cars I buy! Theres no decent cars out there, looks like I'll have to buy another nova.
Ive gone off the idea of a cav or cali, too boring! Maybe I should save and get an S14 not a fan of the S13. I like the idea of going sideways on boost.

I dont plan on driving it like a tw@ on the roads, just on private land.
As I said, I'd need to save for a S14. I dont want a sh1tter. Im 90% through a nova xe build so when thats finished there wouldnt be much point in buying a Astra or Cav GSi.
Its looking like the Silvia is winning.

Ive seen a nice S13, I just cant decided weather to spend £1000 on it. Parts will be a nightmare Im sure.
S13 shouldn't be too bad on parts tbh, as there is so many of them about, and they're the "cheaper" option out of the S13/14/14A
