dc1984's XE nova

im doing the conversion for the above so i thought i would put up a wee thread to keep him updated.

its a very clean mk2 shell with around 13,000 on the clock. cant really find any rust anywere in the bay. pland are as follows

remove engine
seam weld bay and fit plating kit
polybush car
fit scorpion system
supply and fit rollcage
fix XE on dbilas boddies
and a few more goodies to add later once confirmed.

been etch primed and seam sealed today. get the bits painted then get the engine in!

the work van just aint doin it for me anymore lol

these pics are from last week, today the exhaust is on, manifold bolted to head, bushes fitted. will fit fuel pump tommorow night please excuse the wheels its all i had. was outside for a dry day or 2 while engine was fitted now back inside.
radiator also fitted. will also be fitting shafts shortly.

im hoping it will sit up a bit better when the comps are on with air in the tyres as the sump is very close to the road, more of an update shortly.
