mikeanics, congleton rolling road day 24/04/2010

right guys just like to start by saying hi and my names Andy i dont own a nova anymore but my first car back in 2001 was a haze blue 1.3sr reg plate g698 aeh, i still bloody miss that car iv owned a 192 bhp throttle bodied mg zr and a fiesta rs turbo since, i know currently own a 1991 tungsten grey renault 5 gt turbo :d

anyway after the success of the last rr day i did at mikeanics im organising another one for the 24th april 2010 we had 18 cars at the last one (would of been 21).

its a good way of seeing what your mods have done or even seeing what your running before you start to mod your engine, mikes rollers are by far the most accurate i know of.

runs are £25 complete with a printout :thumb:

Cool would be good to just turn up to have a look around the cars, I work just around the corner and deliever parts to him. He's a clever guy seen many a nice car at mikes.

Just to view mate. Got rid of my Nova a long time ago. Slim chance i may something Jap worth RRing but highly doubtful as end of Feb is to near to the end of Financial year for me to be buying cars :(

no mate there was only 2 vauxhalls there one being an astra vxr with 300bhp on tap the other an astra gsi turbo with 197bhp another guy from the vxr club come along but didnt run his, defo come along hopefully get around 18-20 cars again

hi i have a white nova gsi redtop xe i will attend as it isn't to far from me. Im from whixall near whitchurch, Shropshire

times etc will be confirmed nearer to the date the last one started around 9am, ill sort all details etc nearer the date also, what i do know is we paid a £100 deposit last time eg 10 people paid £10 each this then booked us mikes out for the morning and it was a good way of seeing who was serious :)

Hmm, tempted stick mine on. Last time i went Mikeanics his rollers seemed quite accurate too!!

yeah you should come along i personally know mikes rollers are very accurate he has them calibrated every month or 2

Alright fella, as said, may well come along if I have the Nova Back on the road by then, but could do getting it setup before hand to stop the engine management light coming on.

this day is no longer being held at mikeanics, due to mikes poor attitude towards certain people i know. ill see if psi tuning will have us there for the day, is everyone ok with this

right guys update for you lot there is a change of venue, this will now be held at ric wood motorsport in stockport iv heard nothing but good things bout this place plus there rollers can handle upto 500bhp per axle
