just type in youtube convertor in google an download it..
I save youtube vids with DownloadHelper in Firefox, then use SuperC to convert to whatever video or mp3 format I require. Bearing in mind music tracks will be pretty shonky quality.
[edit] SuperC can convert ANYTHING to ANYTHING, so long as you have the codecs for it. Oh the number of times I've used it to convert pr0n videos of ex-girlfriends to a format my phone can play :d
Sony sound forge 9.0 will be able record and convert to mp3 also, but your funked when your after video.
