Just wondering is the paint work in the bay original or did you do it up? A few of the cars weren't that nice up close really there wasn't much better than this Nova overall. Personally I find that it's always the club membrs who runs the show wins the prices but I'm not making commment of this show.

Yes paintwork is all original, never sprayed, welded etc. I do understand its all about who you know sometimes, but I didn't know anyone at the show, I rarely post on forums or attend shows. Was nice to win though.

Not ball licking mate but yours was the cleanest car there today. It's a joke at some of the shows, the worst is the Mini show in Portrush the judges are blind to non club members cars.

Yeah you get that at some shows, I prefer to keep my head down and let the car do the talking.

i was there was beside that red mk2 with the mark 1 spoiler also seen jackie up there in her car at the one point there was 4 or 5 of us together il get the photos of my girlfriends phone tomorrow evening . think amg gsi was there with the black gsi it was either his or stuarts .

They didn't have a split back seat I don't think
Also they didn't have side air-vents
Door pockets I'm not 100% about and same about the glass

I had the black GSi up, and the old fella had the Ascona parked beside it.
GSi Novas are getting a bit common over here, think there was 5 or 6 floating about at one point!!! No red ones though, so hopefully my other one will be on the go next year!!!
Decent enough show, apart from a few who weren't being the most co-operative!!!

New the sports had a bench rear seat but it's rare to find a good one now so most are replaced with splits, prone to fadding and fag burns!lol

i wnet up to this for a we blast myself.
there was a couple of nice novas there.
the wee white 1 is 1st class looking....really nice and tidy.
the sport was nice aswell...and a couple of gsi''s
