New sills

I managed to ripped off my sills because it was sooo rusty :roll:

Where can I buy some and how much will they be?

beeverautos panels. Theyre pattern parts and you'll need to fettle them but you can get 1 types - 1/2 skin and full sill.

Full sill is easier to fit apparantly. Only £15 each...I recently bought 2. Quick delivery too.

I'm breaking my nova XE because I removed a side skirt and found I had no sill! £15 each should really have just replaced them!

£15 each but using disposable bottles of co2 from machine-mart with the welder will cost you £18, then some wire if you've run out of 0.6mm (Providing you have/have access to a welder), a cutting disc or 2 and a grinding disc, then painting it all afterwards. It soon adds up but if that's all that needs doing it's worth it imo.

It wont be that much cos i have an access to a welder and its going to on a stock car so it wont be perfect!

ahh, still, remenber to trim out all the nasty stuff first and make sure that bottom lip is nice and shiny, plug-weld it there on a highish setting to ensure penetration through all the layers that make up the lip.

whats plug-welding ??

where you have removed the old sill you will have drilled out the old spot welds so plug welding will add weld to the holes left from drilling out the spot welds.
like a plug in your bath hole :D but with weld and a sill.
