Unfortunately, the police can't touch him - there was a guy from Burnham on Sea who videoed himself during a journey on his motorbike at crazy speeds, but videoed the entire journey - including leaving and going back to his house lol
Police had a word with him but couldn't do nowt about it as they couldn't prove it was him riding the bike. In the same vein, unless the picture of the speedo shows THAT guy driving the car and they can identify the road and location etc, the worst they can do is caution him. Plus, as Stuart said when this was mentioned in another thread, its a digital image so could have been doctored. Definitely wouldn't hold up in court!
I'm off to take a picture of my Nova speedo at 71mph then. It's fair enough wanting to get to those speeds, and maybe taking a picture, but I agree with Miss Novabex; posting and bragging about it on a public forum is asking for trouble.
