new arches welded in yesturday by my self
put the side skirts on and put filler all over
sanding it all down tommorow :evil:
i hate sanding
got to get it all done ready for spraying on the 17th - 24th
some time then im getting it done so alot more work to be done before then but i will get it done for sure :?
flush boot panel ordered yesturday
and a quad conversion bonnet skin
once i get them i have even more work to do :( :lol: :lol:

im goin to smooth the arches out tataly if ya know what i mean :?
im goning to get rid of the bulge bit that sticks out and smooth it out so it lloks rounded like

it will be fine trust me
just need lots of sanding

80% of it will be coming off so i aint got no worrys

lol a bit too much filler there m8. i put a small amount on at a time and smoothed it in as i went along. put about 5 layers on mine and flatted each one right down.

sounds interesting wot ur doing wiv ur arches!
gotta get some pics of when u get it done mate

no offence m8 but u wont be able to get those arches back to the original shape with that much filler on. if u need any help just ask as ive done it before.
