I mentioned that on mig. I have about 8mm ish clearance on my rears, and they rub if I corner very hard.
If the cars never going to be on a track etc, then they'll probably be fine.

Same on my old nova i had a decent amount of space. New bushes or poly bushes will help though im sure

coming along nicely now, looks amazing, so clean, unbelievable

If it's really a problem, you could get a couple of mm Machined off the face off the wheel ? (Obv not so much it hits the shock)

Keith,

you have been traveling a million miles every week since early December and yet you still manage to find time to work on your project. How do you do it? :thumb:

During weekdays I cycle to work (yes really - Holland has the most expensive petrol in the world - b4st4rds) which is 14 miles. Then 14 miles to get back home, after which I feel like doing nowt. Could probably do with some proton pills to get my lower backside in gear after tea! :p

Anyway enough pathetic ranting for now. Keith, well impressed with your project. Gives me lots of motivation to restore the Red Shed (about time too - it's been sitting in my drive for over 2 years now). Regarding the broken oil feed on your block: I know how it feels mate. Well gutted. Ugh.

TBH, i see where you coming from, but they're refunding hiim and flocking as well for nowt. Surely tey wouldn't NEED to make up a story like that when you'd be over the moon with 'em?!

keith i was on east coast customs website last nite and i seen it advertised that they do a flocking service, there in lisburn, just tought id let you know seeing as what happened with the last one

Hey Niek, good to hear from you, not seen much from you since the old yahoo e-groups nova group!

Thankfully i'm now managing my own office now which is 22 miles from home, the massive journeys were for training days until my office was re-fitted!

You shout put up a projects thread to help get motivation for the build, sometimes coming here to read the positive comments really helps!

IMO dont fit the skirts,it will look so much better without,

Cant you get the springs plastic coated (like a flexible rubber paint/powder coat)
