Does the Porsche torque tube have a 'weak' coupling where it mates to the gearbox at all dude? Just a thought if it's going to be seeing a Ph3 LET? lol

The tube does connect up with a coupling yes but if I go turbo power I'd need to uprate the box anyway which would mean a different torque tube setup anyway. From what I understand some of the 2.5 V6 & turbo 924/944s had lsd's fitted aswell so that would be the next progression. But as this current setup was free its what I'm going to start with!
You've probably already mentioned in your thread - but how are you mating the torque tube upto the engine ?

Believe it needs some sort of adapted short bellhousing, but the torque tube fits straight into a normal XE clutch setup... now I think about it I'm not entirely sure any more, there was definitely something splined that he found just happened to fit straight in lolQuote:
