Where did the wheels get done at mate?? Look like a good job
Wheels look smart - I thought they were destined for your Nova ?
Wheels look nice.
Whats with the graphics ? OZ and Sparco or is that how they are ?
Only mentioning it as my mate had his done and they are slightly different, the look great either way though :)
Wheels look great, I prefer them on a MK1 though.
got them done at courtfield garage at appleby mateQuote:

Just spent about an hour reading through this from start to finish lol awesome work mate, keep it up
i just read it all aswell lol was there ever a project thread from the start of the car?
Search for : Brett Warburton
He owned the car inititally so there may be a build thread somewhere.
Will be back in the day from before forums really took off so highly unlikelyQuote:

is them wheels of your mates the 14" variant as they did come with the euro sport decals as they were the ones that were used on the grp a rally novas back in the day, whereas i have the 15" version that wasnt as far as im aware used for the gm rallying, thats why i assume the decals are slightly differentQuote:

As for the decals, not sure on that one, HH may of got their wires crossed on the info as they even told him the brake kit would fit behind these wheels so they must of known they weren't 14's.
Just seemed odd that yours had Sparco and OZ written on them, makes no odds though, still lovely wheels.
You meen he isn't? He may be by the time his top secret project is done!!:thumb:Quote:

At a guess 14's were probably for gravel setup and the 15's were tarmac wheels
Jon, just seen that arm setup a few pages back, any reason the TCA and wishbone link is on a single bolt, I.E free to move in one plane? Does it lock against itself if you were to fix it permanently?
The single bolt fixing doesn't move, its just adjustable so you can change the angle of the tie rod when required and just then tighten it up.
His name is James lolQuote:
