Forgot to say i had the nova running the other day. Only needs a pipe for the ICV to keep it running !
just read from start to end fella , fooking mint :thumb:
well done
Got my brake line parts arrive

I will do a run throw of what i have got and why.
First, there are 2 outputs on the master cylinder for the rear so one needs blanking up. The one closest to the bulk head is a m10 times 1 thread and the output futher away is a m12 times 1 thread, so i will use the bigger m12 output for the rear and blank the m10. To do this i will simply welded up the end of a normal fitting as they are steel (pics to follow).
To the master cylinder i will use a banjo connection with dash 3 pipe fitting
this will go to a 90 degree bend (all fittings dash 3 pipe and m10 times 1 thread)
this will fix to a bulk head fitting with a locknut
travel through the car in the braided -3 hose to another bulk head fitting infront of the the rear seat
through the floor to a tee piece where all external lines will be solid lines.

Oh yeah, dont know if this is right but i got olives and caps with the banjo and the 90 deg bend but not with the bulkheads, should they of come with them !?!
Here is a quick diagram !
M/S = master cylinder
B/H = bulk head

Plus i slapped on the skirts and fitted the spanking new screen and rubber

http://img2.putfile.com/thumb/10/30314121440.jpg
I put all the old clips in the skirt and used sikaflex as i dont wanna put any holes in the sill to rust. The normal doudle sided tape was used for the back bit !
Very wise IMO, I don't think I could come to drill holes in a sill either! Have you given them a tug? Does it hold them on okay?Quote:

Aeroquip brake line:
Got the last bits so i may finish the hose for the rear brakes
http://img2.putfile.com/thumb/11/30612054379.jpg
I used this disc cutter to cut the pipe as a saw will fray the braid

Cap put on the -3 hose

Not much to do now. Will get some pics soon, forgot my camera on saturday !
Hey Ashtal,
I think all the info you need regarding fitting & rubbers etc... can be found here in Lee's Project thread

Got the nova home after a year at work but its come a long way in that time !
http://img2.putfile.com/thumb/12/36312223548.jpg
Now its home the windows are all in but the front 2 need finishing off. The drivers side has the standard nova rubbers in but there going as soon as i know what rubbers im going to use. This N/S door with a modded pug 206 3 door rubber.
http://img2.putfile.com/thumb/12/36312223567.jpg
Not taken the plastic cover off yet as i got a plan to stop the rattle and improve the slider. Only problem i have is this part of the rubber dont sit quite right, not sure what to do about it yet.
http://img2.putfile.com/thumb/12/36312223583.jpg
Another little job was the induction filter. I refuse to pay 33 quid for a foot long piece of silicone hose so spent 15 on 2 bits and joined them with a stainless tube. Plus the id stays at 70mm, better flow http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/images/smilies/nod.gif
http://img2.putfile.com/thumb/12/36312223693.jpg
And last but not least, the track rims. Not sure to refurb them of just throw on some slicks and leave them as they are.
http://img2.putfile.com/thumb/12/36312223646.jpg
Anyway, this project is about a year old now so i must finish it so i can start them next beast (which will be much much better http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/image...es/biggrin.gif )

Anyway, had a mate over today who has got his own nova 2.0 16v. His car has got 16 ich kosei sniper, which looked perfect to show off some of the brakes and suspension http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/image...s/rolleyes.gif
So we trial fitted each others wheels

Think i prefer the bigger 16 inch wheel, even tho they need refurbs. But they do have t1r tyres on ! So we swapped wheels.
Big improvement on the red car.
