Picked it up this morning. Here's why I chose Frozen white over the usual Diamond / Polar / Cassablanca. (Van is Diamond).

Got it home and went over it, couldn't be happier. There are a few blemishes, but only a handful and I'm certainly not complaining.
Inside pics first.

A few untidy bits in the bay. He sealed the welds, and didn't quite do it as neatly as I would have, but hey ho, still not complaining.

Overall, as I'm sure I have made quite clear, I am over the moon with it. Il be flatting off a couple of runs, mainly in the cage, but will leave it to fully harden first.
Couldn't get a decent pic down the O/S due to the light, but its just as shiny.
Wow, that looks great, love the colour. Top work :thumb:
Really can see why you picked that colour. Looks fantastic.
Looking lovely mate. The odd 'blemish' will soon become un-noticeable when the car is built. I was so picky with mine, but it's made sod all difference as you cover half of it up with an engine, suspension and interior.
Looks fantastic mate!

Like what you did with the wheel well. This is my old build.
Wow, its been a while since I updated this over here. Have done a bit though.
Its been a few months of refurbishing / re-building parts which are to go back on the car, so started with all of the bolts which I had dipped in CS then zinc coated.
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...psd86c0570.jpg
Then trial fitted all of the panels. Being glass fibre they needed a bit of tweeking, especially the doors, but they all fit now.

http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...psba737e80.jpg
Had my OZ's blasted, then painted Frozen White to match the car, as they were a bit rough and a sort of creamy colour.
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...74795c3c-1.jpg
Rear beam coated (as well as every other chunk of metal, just didn't take many pics.)
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...bf833b35-1.jpg
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ab8f8e5a-1.jpg
Tank fitted
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...psd204a6ca.jpg
AVO rebuilt my suspension.
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...pscf722d10.jpg
So gave them a freshen up and some new springs
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps8226af91.jpg
Rebuilt the steering rack with 2.75 Corsa parts and got that fitted up.
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps335fc0d3.jpg
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...psa675eeca.jpg
Also dismantled the Jap alternator and re-assembled it 90deg off, so the positive doesn't face the block any more.
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps53c280f8.jpg
Built up the rear beam and got that all fitted.

http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps1c26d62b.jpg
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps8939edf3.jpg
lowered to the floor, so I could start on the front
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps41fee7e3.jpg
Protec mounts arrived,
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...psc3407869.jpg
So put the engine and box in (re-assembled the box with a new Gripper diff and original SCCR cluster. 3.9FD)
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps8ef4905a.jpg
Front end built up
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps45795cac.jpg
And rolling
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...psd1eeab2d.jpg
Loaded onto the trailer for its trip to SRE yesterday
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...psa1c417ce.jpg
And dropped off. Stripped the panels back off it and bought them home, so they can be painted this week hopefully
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c1...r/IMAG1265.jpg
That's all folks.
This is lookingffantastic now Craig. All the prep and careful planning and trial fitting coming together. Panels look good fitment.
Oooosh....looking super smart there! What's your aim for completion Craig?
Very nice work pal.
He looks really really nice, well done!!!
Looks stunning!
Looks neat. You might find those disks designed to work best swapping left with right
Thanks, as much planning as I did it wont have been enough. Paint is getting chipped and holes are being drilled, but its minor.
Thanks, I have no date in mind for completion, but it would be nice to get a shakedown session booked for a few months time, something to aim for I suppose.
Thankyou very much. I'm really pleased with how smoothly it has gone together so far.
Cheers BRG, I did think that might be the case when I posted the pic, but to be honest they will be coming off a few more times yet anyway as I'm wanting some spigot rings made up to centre them, and need to plumb the callipers in.
They were nearly the last thing to go on at around 12pm Friday night. I even had to drive home to get the other one as I only had 1 down the unit, but was hell bent on getting it on the floor before the morning.
I also noticed the strap on the N/S/F wheel was a bit low, but it held fine and in my defence I was mighty tired.
Fairly cracking on with this mate. It looks awesome great work :thumb:
WOW, that will look awesome when its all built back up! Love it mate ;)
I did a bit last week whilst waiting for the exhaust to be made, gave a fine skim of stopper to the doors, then dropped them off at the body-shop with the wings and bonnet. They should be done by now, but I haven't been in to check.
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...pse2512f3d.jpg
Flatted off the fronts of the OZ's. Not a very pleasant job so didn't go to town on them
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps76e137f4.jpg
Bought new graphics and applied those. Again a job I don't want to do again any time soon.
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps8ab86125.jpg
Then got the tyres re-fitted and balanced up.
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps08877dd9.jpg
Then this morning had a call From Matt Simpson saying the car was ready for collection, so a quick check on Met-Weather and the forecast looked ok-ish, as long as I set off within the hour, so did just that.
Got it back safe and sound, even beat the rain by about 5 mins!
I genuinely couldn't be happier with it.

http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps81385157.jpg
Bumper will need a fair bit of trimming, but just what I wanted. He left the tailpipe about 1ft long too, so I can trim it to suit when its all fitted up.
And a few better pic's here that Matt took when it was on the lift.

Looks amazing mate bet you're chuffed. I need to get myself something like that.
That's lovely not seen them before proper job that is
Work of art!!!
As pete said That is a work of art, seems a shame for it to sit under the car maybe fitting a glass floor
Stunning system!! Look forward to seeing this in person some time!
Phwarrrrrrrrrrrr sexy.
Wow that is lovely. Beautiful welding on it. Bet it will sound fantastic too.
Very nice work
That's a lovely exhaust, very jealous!
Thanks for the positive comments lads. Based on the fabrication alone I would highly recommend them for any similar work.

If you don't mind me asking what did it come in at money wise?
looks awesome!!!
I would prefer not to say. It was costly, but in my opinion it was money well spent.
You get what you pay for! Quality doesn't come cheap
I hope that work of art doesn't end up damaged would be like throwing thinners at the Mona Lisa.............but WORSE!!!!
They delivered top work Craig! Looks bullet proof! Love the craftmanship. Now go and abuse it!!
Proper craftsmanship right there; very similar to another I've seen in a different material.
A complete system like that wouldn't be less than 700 big ones if I had to guess & worth every penny.
Moving on, I picked up the panels Friday morning.
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps89c84c01.jpg
Really happy with the doors, He has done a great job. There was a fair bit of work do around the window apertures which I simply couldn't be bothered to do, so I'm really pleased that he tidied them up before paint. Especially as he keeps referring to it as a "Race Car".

Bonnet is not so good, but that's not his fault. Its just a very poor cmcomposites moulding. Could have put a ton of filler in it, but that sort of defeats the object so its not an issue for now.
http://i995.photobucket.com/albums/a...psb851bf01.jpg
Overall I'm happy. Just the tailgate and grill to go now.
Think I'l concentrate on Brakes, Oil & Fuel next, but it might take a back seat for a few weeks as il be busy elsewhere.
Stunning work pal
exhaust as already said is awesome really some of the best work i have ever seen.
Amazin the weight saving that the fibreglass panels will give you pal
