Had a little clean and tried to do a bit of polishing, The sun light helps alot :P When standing next to the car can clearly see pink ;)

yeh i think you should get a sri kit would suit it well, put the window surrounds on!

Where can i get decent surrounds from?

personally i would go for the gsi interior with all the black interior trims, and black seats, looked spot on in my 1st car, my lil red mk2.
Saying that the SRi red interior does look good,
And the interior will make a big difference, will make you car a much nicer place to be in, the poverty interior is horrid

GSi interior is too common, go to a show and all you see is GSi interior (I only bought mine because it was cheap and better than poverty seats)

I'd try and source a nice red SR/SRi interior with the red heater controls and gear-knob etc or maybe some Mk2 Astra 3dr SX/SXi seats and get them on Nova subframes to keep your 'SX' theme going mate :)
