those welds look spot on and youve done an excellent repair job on the engine bay rust! Well done fella!

Block has a +1mm overbore, skimmed to raise compression (and to match previous block) broddled (to aid oil flow) and will be getting a damn good clean and a lick of paint once I'm ready to start building it up:
