Nice shockers Pete. Gaz ones I take it? How long did they take in the end to get to you :D
I've just put a set of poly exhaust bushes on mine and there a snug fit to say they least, but very ridged. Make sure your exhaust ain't touching anywhere, underneath as it will vibrate like a right barsteward. lol
-
Cheers for the heads up on the bushes.
Yeah they are GAZ ones. They took about 3-4 weeks to arrive i think. They are quite busy at the moment, start of the motorsport season etc...Very helpful (Warren) knew what i needed/wanted.
-
Planning on getting some new shockers at the back end of the year. I will have to ask you nearer the time if you approve of them.
Good work keep it up :thumb:

Fecking pissed off! Fitted wings and bonnet today. Gaps looked good, minimal adjustment needed. Went to close the bonnet...no chance. Pins is miles away from the hole, thus confirming my slam panle is welded 10mm too far back! Great...best get a new one ordered and a fresh cutting disc on the grinder lol

I was chuffed until closer inspection...

(centre section of my slam panel is removable, this shows how far it needs to move forward..)

I think i can get away with leaving the headlight panels where they are. Clip position for the headlights seem fine.
-
Ah well just bodge it, leave the center section there! lol
-
There is quite a bit of adjustment on the bonnet pin or does the safety catch not line up with the other hole either?
-
Safety catch catches the front of the "square" hole if you understand??? Also the headlights are sat too far back, so the indicator lens to wing gap is uneven. Tight at the top and large at the bottom.
Bonnet slam panel ordered now anyways. Beevers FTW.
-
Hammer time or is thats why you wont let me do any work on your car lol.
-
lol Needs more than a hammer.....
