Edd's Nova Sport

Check the hub nuts are tight. Like crap your pants tight. If there's still play, change them over. Find a branch of my work close and i'll book you one out..lol

just checked the hub nut, its tight, had breaker bar on it and standing on it lol

there is about 4/5 mm of play

new bearing me thinks

hope it dont need new bearings every 35 miles lol




i now thinking it might look good without the decals :roll: lol

think i will fit the matt black B piller vinyl and wind deflectors that i have and make decision about the declas

Just a note on the bearings, my mates Astra needed new front bearings after sitting on its wheels with no shafts in it for about 2 years, we were told that due to the hearing not being tight in place caused the failure,

I'd just replace both for good peace of mind, after all it's not a lot of cash to do it.

Lovely car Edd, I bet it puts a grin on your face every time you put your foot down.

It needs the Sport graphics IMO... it's a Sport you know lol

It was never sat without cv's bolted in

The bearings are cheap ones tho, I have now ordered a pair from Vauxhall

They should be here thursday, need to drive it again lol

Certainly does put a smile on my face, I could of drove it all night if the bearing hadn't of fcuked lol

Sport decals will be going on, but as I can't afford the paint work till next month it will stay naked till then lol

Love it! Still wouldn't fit the decals though. If anything i'd just do the dealersport stripes.

For some reason maybe Keith is right sooooo... how about maybe a triple pinstripe down the side in orange red and grey to complement the Sport colours, not in your face and maybe a little stylish... or am I talking crud lol
