1 x set of Throttle Bodies to go on my X18XE1 Engine.

250 Miles today, picking up/dropping off/visiting..

1 of my pickups was a gearbox for the Nova, the donor car that game me the engine had lunched the gearbox and I gave away the F10 4-speed, so picked up an F17 Hydraulic 3.74 close ratio.

When I got back, I decided to finally get the engine on the stand and start stripping it down.

Had a quick test fit today and very pleased to say, the Throttle Bodies do fit!, One less worry..lol

is that inlet not going to be literally in the turret?

Won't know until I fit it, but if it is, I can just take it off and fit trumpets instead....which I may do anyway...or turn it around and have it face the passenger side like a turbo.

Did you buy them complete like that ? Or did you get the plate that bolts to the engine made ?

Whats under the inlet cover then Mark? Do they have trumpets on? I am guessing they do - but they are like 3mm long! lol

The cover unbolts and leaves the plate which has recessed lips, no trumpets, but you can unbolt the adaptor plate and replace with trumpets.

loving the bodies mate some good bits going in to this project!!

There was a conversation (read argument) over who had the highest of the day so...I just asked the guy to 'make' me a Nova one that was ridiculous.....and he did..lol
