Can't wait to see this finished :thumb: what brakes are you going to use?
I want your manifold :(
Looking very nice - that manifold is pure sex!
not 100% on brakes yet i really wanted reyland 4 pots, will have a chat with martin to see if anything can be done to fit the calipers to 288mm discs , failing that may settle for either v6 or willwood 284mm kitQuote:

looking good keep up the good work.
I'm liking the new air filter ;)
Can I offer some advice? Your alterntor earth strap - rather than bolt it to the adjuster, try and find somewhere on the body to bolt it on. I hade the adjuster bolt vibrate lose on mine, earth fell off and it then starting arcing on the fuel lines eventually burning through. I cought it in time but it could of been a very unhappy PVS that year!
Oh - you going front mount rad fan?
Looks good but i think rad fitment might be a issue!
Looks great :)
yeah he is going for a front mount rad and charge cooler rad its been custom fabricated by ah fabrications in hereford and we have trail fitted it and it isnt a problem clearance wise he will have to get rid of the bumper iron but all will be come clear soon enough

over the next few days i shall be fitting the latest emerald ecu m3dk and loom to the nova hopefully it may run soon

Good choice on ECU! Any reason why you chose it?
A mates going to run his bike bodies on it and I want to get it for my R1s down the line too. For us it was a case of Dave Walker only being 45mins down the road.
From what I was told today the ECU comes with 1 map to get you going then for around £250+VAT they'll spent the day mapping it and put 3 maps on there for you. Is that normal with most custom management mappers?
Its what his mapper-friend likes to play with..
The first rule of map-club is that you buy the ECU/management that your favourite resident mapper prefers....
;)

Emerald ECU's are really good, will yours have a launch control option etc?
