Looking at finishing it for the 2008 show season as I've got my wedding to sort this year.
Going to spend a bit of money on the engine & box to get them as good as the thest of the car;)
Found guy selling GE quickshift on a rally website, just dropped lucky as I don't go on there much but I saw the ad the afternoon it went on and I snapped it up straight away for a bargain price. Its hardly been used!
TBH i thought although a improvement on the standard shifter the quality of the griffiths engineering one is not all that great. The rose joints they use as standard are **** and as for the plastic bushes they are total ****e.
Lovely ,totaly lovley...:thumb:
Scott
I heard that the early ones they made were a little fragile but this one seems fine, at least its fairly easy to replace the rose joints etc.Quote:

Fantastic!
Its a bit quiet on the Sport project front so I'll treat you to some pics of my other toy. Its 888 number 9 which I bought nearly 2 years ago with 1440 miles on the clock, its now in storage over winter & it has only covered 4200 miles so far!!! Recenly given it some TLC with Maguiars Clay & 3 stage cleaner/polish/wax system.
Cant wait til spring to bring it back out.
