There was tears, when i did it but hey,bazil i have a full set of decals to go on the car, they were part of a groupe buy orginized by rich a few years ago, they are exact copies taken from original 3m decals which rich had, so thats all taken care of.

Bazil, yes the spl situation leaves me a bit stuck as i was going to use them to strip and clean the doors wings etc, but looking into media blasting the parts, either soda or plastic bead blasting, i need to do more research into it.

Greg, thank you, yeh its pretty clean, but using this time of year to make it even better as there has always been a few niggles with the car, so iam going to put them right, iam glad i have given you some inspiration/ideas for yours, iam sure its going to look amazing when yours is finished matey.

Iam looking forward to getting it finished and on the road for apr/may all things going well.

Sadly not it seems to be a repair section put in by the previous owner.

One finial thing before i venture off to the garage, the idea of spl is out the window, and going to get the panels blasted cause its only light surface rust that affects the parts pics of the worst of it on one door (inside)

Well just back from the garage and its not looking good, the back arch has had a repair section but on, and i mean on top of the old arch, by the bodyshop the previous owner trusted to do. I have removed the repair section, i will let the pics do the talking...................................

Iam going to order two new repair sections tomorrow and cut out the rusty mess and do the job the right way this time
