Nice one, wait til she says dada.Best buzz in the world!
As the site was borked this is belated, but since my new training regime 4 weeks ago I have lost half a stone. Was on holiday a week of that eating muck and drinking beer too.
Got 2lb to lose by a week today to reach my first target of being under 15st for my birthday.
Still way more to lose though lol
Nothing
Its going well Rich thanks.
The trainers said my fitness has improved a lot so happy days.
Been on the pads a couple of times aswell, but a long way to go.Its on 3 times a week now,im enjoying every minute of it.
Are you back at it now then?
Finding a bottle of wash/wax in the cupboard just now, yeyyy, i can wash the nova before i go out somewhere undisclosed, to do something, err undisclosed lol
Had the washing machine and cooker fixed for a lot less than I thought! the wife will be pleased lol
Its really stepped up a gear where I go at the minute as theres a show on in 7 weeks (im not in) Hill runs and circuits, mainly fitness at the minute.
iv not drank since my holiday a fortnight ago which is extremely unheard of for me.I know what you mean though, especially when on the way to training pub is heaving outside on a Friday night I think "id love to be there" lol
Stopped all the caffeine bullshiz poison drinks I was supping and been eating clean.
Yeah il be going along to watch, should be good.
I should have done this years ago but nevermind
Haha I know what you mean. I hardly ever drink TBH but food is my worst enemy lol
I'm hoping I will be earlier on the bill this time instead of 10th fight out of 12 - then I can chill out and watch the rest afterwards
Started my gt4 for the first time in a long time today. Put a big smile in my face hearing it again :) I miss driving it.
Engine swap went effortlessly :)
Going to hospital to see my brother in a lot less pain today than he was in yesterday :)
Got a new PB cycling to work. 3.3 miles in 8minutes 52 seconds with an average of 21mph. Max 29.5mph
if i knew then what i know now i wouldnt have.
utter chemical junk
Yeah, reading the can says alot. My mate drives 4-5 large cans a day...
i've been decaf for several years.... and that included hgv driving... needing caffeine is another myth
Just don't go cold turkey unless you want what is the roughest hangover ever for a week lol
Did a 24km ( or 15mile for old people) hike, not bad for the first crack at distance walking before doing a hill in Scotland later in the month. Got heel blisters though lol
i hope you didn't get convinced to buy ridiculously sturdy hiking boots?? the sort that old codgers wear when going round the park with their ski poles...... they cause tons of suffering & misery until you have toughened up... they are like the catholic church of boots
So the £500 heavy leather boots were a mistake then?
and people say png is not the forum it used to be........lol lol lol....
i hope you really didn't lol lol
think of it like this... what shoes do you wear all the time? i'm guessing soft & flexible ones that you can spend maybe 12 hours in them without needing a rescue helicopter, so having comfortable shoes that happen to have a bit of grip on the bottom sounds to me like a good idea, as opposed to something as bendy as a ski boot
I did, the shop said so....
hmmmmm...
i was on the support crew for my mate to do the 3 peaks challenge last year. he had massive blisters several weeks before the event trying to get used to his boots.. i told him to smash several shades out of the heel with a hammer to soften them, but he didn't.. he was in agony for ben nevis & scafell pike & we ended up not even managing to do snowdon, cos he was in so much discomfort..
i can wear a pair of hard boots with no trouble, cos i've been wearing boots every day since about mid 1995, yet i wouldn't put a pair of them on & use them
Fish and chips from Miners in Morley, best in the world, massive portions and cheapest I know of too
Hearing an advert on the local radio station today, trying to raise driver awareness for cyclists and explaining why cyclists ride in the middle of the lane at junctions and in narrow roads/lane:d
About bloomin time they did something as many drivers attitudes towards riders is disgusting!
And yes i know before anyone says it, there are many many arrogant tossers who ride bikes and give us all a bad name, but there are just as many muppets behind the wheel as behind the bars imo
Theres miles more muppets behind bars imo.Thats where they belong
Simple is there are faults on both sides Spud.
18 days off from 7am, might actually get a few days spare to work on the nova
Very true, i used to be one. I see people doing it and think " wft are you doing?" Nothing will even change.
