If anyone might be interested, the original billet alloy gear lever/linkage, as well as the rear anti-roll bar set-up from this car will be going on Ebay tonight (along with a bunch of other bits).
I've also got some cable gear-change conversions to suit F10/F13/F16/F18/F20 which I will get around to photographing and listing very soon.
Any pics of arb setup mate?
Out of interest what class do you run in for hillclimb

Precious little progress to report as work and renovating the house are getting in the way.
Having a clearout in one of the garages the other day I found these headlamp stickers, which I'd completely forgotten I had, so they got fitted;

I do like the look of them, but until I get the car back on its wheels and get the front end re-fitted I won't make a decision on whether they stay.
Yesterday I dismantled the air intake system, as I've decided it's time to have a play with an anodising kit I bought ages ago, and I think the air trumpets will be a good first candidate, after some practice of course;

I've got loads of aluminium bits on the car which I want to anodise, the big question will be what colour(s) to go for.
Like the stickers . Can you get any more?
Ha! Lurve it!
Get it all done the brightest pink to prove what a man you are
They were printed up for me by someone from this forum nova ian from Nottingham. Anyone know him?
I’d be interested in getting some more made myself. He also did me rear light stickers. It doesn’t look like he’s posted anything on this forum since July 2016.
Surely someone knows him then . Or his email address on here
I Have a pair here from him, Good quality. He did them not so long ago so is still around.
Nova Ian - Last online yesterday
That's looking brilliant!
Still look in every now and again! Not on here much since selling up with the nova... Still able to do stickers, but probably best emailing on: ianbennett38@hotmail.com
Cheers. Ian

Too cold out in the workshop, so working in the house, that's the wonder of living alone.

Thinking about doing a splitter/undertray in plywood;

Problem will be how to attach it at the back of the car (to the chassis, behind the engine) - it needs to be quick release so I can remove the whole front clamshell easily.

Work on revisions to the rear bumper to allow me to fit the new rear diffuser;

And now back on it's wheels, ready to go off to Simpsons Exhausts next week to be converted to side-exit system;
http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/l...pso9lwkqbt.jpg
Yes, I know the headlamp stickers are wonky.........new ones arriving from Ian Bennett next week.
Coming together well! Rear diffuser should ease flow really well now. Headlights seem quite square rather than narrow but can you not peel them off again with some heat?
Can you use dzus fasteners to secure the trailing edge of the flat floor?
Just a thought will all the rear wheel wells be enclosed for the diffuser to work properly ?

Never noticed the cf rear quarters, very nice
Car is just back from Simpson Race Exhausts with the side-exit completed. Photos to follow shortly.
Glad your still slowly doing stuff on this mate
'Slow' is certainly right. It's hard to believe it's coming up to 6 years since I crashed it.
But progress is happening;

Looks brilliant, when are you hoping to get this back on the track? I'd love to see it fly up a hill.
Nick
Looking good Colin, loving the trailer btw
Thanks Nick.
I'm getting there, still have lots to finish off, and I keep uncovering issues (e.g. today I find the throttle pedal is not smooth, nor is it returning to base consistently).
I have loads of holiday due from work, so I plan to have a major attack on it soon, and aim for competing again in June.
Where do you normally compete? as I'm not a million miles from you and I'd love to get to some hill climb events.
Back on with fitting the CAE shifter;

Thinking about a rear spoiler, I fancy a Corsa Super 1600 one, but can't find one yet;

I've contacted Marcel and Fearless on this forum in the hope they can assist, but if anyone else knows where to find one, please let me know.
